This is a Dried Pear & Chocolate Caramel Tart.  In other words, pure bliss.  The recipe is from Better Homes & Gardens and we think you'll like it.  Thanksgiving is in a week, ladies!  Do you have your recipes ready, your decorations decided on, and your attitude adjusted for lots of family-time?  (It's okay if you answered "no" to any of these as you do still have a week to prepare...)  If you're looking for a yummy dessert, you might try the Dried Pear & Chocolate Caramel Tart.  (As for the attitude adjustment?  We recommend a good bottle of wine for that...)
